Andrews Construction worked with general contractor partner, Daniel Hebert Inc., to prepare the undeveloped site for the first phase of a senior living complex. This project included using onsite blasted ledge and crushing it to produce the aggregate product used in the road building and other parts of this project. Andrews installed significant utility infrastructure to meet this 20-acre, multiphase community’s current and future drainage, water, and sewer needs, as well as structural excavation for the 50,000 SF building.
