Exit 17 – Concord Crossing

Andrews began preliminary sitework on this project in the summer of 2020. This project is located just off the busy Exit 17 of I-93. The total site area is 30 acres. Initial work included grubbing, construction of a large landscaped berm, and building pad preparation for a new Market Basket. This is the second Market Basket Andrews has worked on since 2019. Future phases of this project will include a New Hampshire Liquor Store and multiple other commercial and/or industrial clients.
